Hmm ... I like that idea, but what if instead of creating new markers, we used Order Markers (removing them in place of wounds) and if you remove a certain number of Order Markers from a card, you wound/destroy it?
Not sure if that's workable at all.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Maybe something like this:

HELLFIRE OF VENGEANCE
Anytime an opponent's Unique Hero destroys a figure you control, you may place that figure on the attacking Hero's Army Card. Instead of attacking with Ghost Rider you may choose an adjacent Unique Hero. Roll the 20-sided die, adding one for each figure placed on the chosen figure's card by this special power. If you roll 16 or higher, remove all Order Markers from the chosen figure’s card. If you remove two or more Order Markers, the chosen figure receives one wound for each Order Marker you remove. If you remove four Order Markers, destroy the chosen figure.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That's not going to feel like the Ghost Rider that people know and want from us though. Penance Stare is a must here IMO and I really like the theme we have going here if we limit it to Unique Figures.

I do really, really like the Penance Stare power, whether it ends up here or on the other Ghost Rider or both.

If both of them have the power (and wiki confirms this for me), I definitely want Johnny, the most iconic of the two, to have it.
Also, wiki suggests that we should work slither into that Motorcycle power as the cycle can ride over water without stopping.

Thanks A3n. I think I am going to let it be Unique figures though so Unique Squads are affected.

I am also considering letting him auto-destroy adjacent Common figures with this power so he has some answer to Squads.

Can his species be Undead to tie in with existing synergies? Should he have as much defense and life as Juggernaut?
