A bit wordier, but would this be clearer for the first sentence?
If a figure you control ends its turn occupying a space under a Propeller and that figure received 1 or more wounds this turn, roll the 20-sided die. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

That wouldn't work as I should be able to suck someone else's figure into a propeller when I wound them on my turn.

Ah, OK, I missed that part. I do think it's important to establish who rolls for what figures, though (presumably you'd roll for you own).

Just built this baby - well, kinda, I only have 1 Marvel so I had to fudge the actual look a bit with more concrete and road, but it looks good either way.

Just to make sure flyers/leapers can't exploit it, y'know? Plus, with an adjacent ladder space, you can knockback someone into the propeller below if they try to camp the high ground.

Only vehicle destructible objects we've done so far are the Brand New Car, the Parked Car, and the Parked 18-Wheeler. I'd love to see Fighter Jets or something like that for sure, though! If you have ideas, put 'em up in the Public Design Post thread.

cool map guys. I am thinking about the jets but I'm think that they would be cars with a 1 or 2 life points more and maybe 1 more defense die. They would have more armor and be more durable then a car. Maybe not as good as a 18 wheeler but better than a car.
Reading about what you have for the propellers and I have an idea. If a figure occupies a space under a propeller at the end of a turn in which it received 1 or more wounds, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 2 or less, roll 8 attack dice for figures without Super Strength. Figures with Super Strength roll 6 attack dice. The figure may roll defense dice as normal. This just give everyone a chance to get out. I just think with Batmans gear and reflexes he could make it out barely touched. Captain America would greet it with his shield and so on. Hulk would just jump into it because of the noise. As another idea there should be rule for destroying the motors. If I was to take the time to hit shield hard and take them on their own turf. I would start with a 3 way attack. I would the engines, engineering, the bridge, at the same time. This is if I wanted Shield out of the picture and didn't care about taking over the Helicarrier. Plus if you throw Superman, Hulk or Doomsday into the propellers. The impact would probably break the drive shaft, transmission, or the propeller itself. This propeller thing really opens up a can of worms, but it's needed to increase the danger of fighting on the Helicarriers deck. Last edited by jammer397; August 12th, 2012 at 02:33 AM. |
