Kinda feel like it would be clearer to say like ‘ an additional “1” Order Marker ’ with quotations or something so it’s clear the number is referring to the ‘name’ of the Order Marker. But I’m not on the wording team

Is this our first power (other than Ozy) that adds an additional numbered Order Marker?

If so, I like the "an additional "1" Order Marker" construction, just to match with how we handle potential multiple X Markers.

If you're talking about updating the numbered OM references we have to be more like all of our "X" OM-referencing powers, that seems reasonable. Otherwise, not sure why we'd use one convention for stuff like Predator and Thing (II), and one convention for Ozy type powers.

Ultimately I don't see the reason to have one wording standard for numbered OMs, and one wording standard for the X, outside of Classic precedent.

But I'm still pretty fresh to the whole wording thing, and I have no interest in trying to solve that whole issue right now or holding up a design.

Just switch the two uses of "1 Order Marker" with "Order Marker 1" in his second power. Could have sworn we recently did a unit the way I had it, but I can't find anyone, so I must be mistaken!
