Character Bio - Android 17 is the twin brother of Android 18 and Dr. Gero's seventeenth "android" creation, designed to serve Gero's vendetta against Goku. After he and his sister were awoken, the two would slaughter the Z Fighters and use the world as their plaything. The arrival of a time-traveling Trunks would completely change the course of this dark history, leading the twins to awaken Android 16. Events unfolded very differently in this altered timeline, and Android 17 grew to become one of the universe's finest protectors.

-Strategy, Tactics and Tips-

• He leads Androids 16 and 18 in an 800-point army. Since Android 17 is the centerpiece to this army, keeping him safe is key, so pepper opponents with his ranged Photon Flash Special Attack, only going in for his normal attack when you need a key kill or you want to keep pressure off of someone else. Android 17 works well alongside just one of the Androids as well, since they can also benefit from the usual Challenger synergy.

Here is Android 17, the leader of the 3 heroic DBZ androids. He's got a solid special attack and a powerful defensive barrier as well.

I'd like to see the 3 androids reach a round point total somehow, so a thought occurred to me to make Android 16 a bit cheaper. Plus, one comment on 16's design is that his stats overpower his special powers a bit. So taking Android 16's Attack from 6->5 and reducing points from 270->250 would get the trio to be 800 points total, while also giving more emphasis to Android 16's Hell Flash power. (That's assuming Android 17 comes in at 280, but I'm flexible with adjusting stats here to make that happen.)

Fairly straight forward. Encroaches on Krillin's thing if that matters to you. But if we keep the Androids separate it's fine. Solid beatstick, and bonding will tie them together.

I don't mind a little overlap with Krillin's bonding. I imagine Krillin might be a decent partner still in case 17 falls early.

I'll propose for initial testing. I'll try Android 16 at 250 points and 5 attack as discussed.
