I'd love to vote yea here, but the gun shouldn't be a hitzone. That one needs to be grayed out to be consistent with our other cards.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

In Bat Signal - It should read "Unique Vigilante Hero" (word order)

The second sentence is choppy and would require another comma as written. How about

"At the start of each round that you win initiative you may immediately place . . ."
I know that I do not know.
