Character Bio - Born Justin Sinclair, Manticore excelled in archery from a young age. Raised by his nanny, Virginia Bowman, Manticore’s parents were murdered in front of him by the villain Protean. Being the sole beneficiary of a large trust fund, Sinclair took up the mantle of Manticore, lending his money and aim to the Freedom Phalanx.
