Yes, @quozl there is some active interest. Do we have an updated membership list, though, and know who all is active in it?

Funny thing is I had this up on my browser for like a day waiting for sometime to respond but must have ended up closing it & forgetting. Sorry.

My thought is just make it similar to the Destructible Objects threads. This isn't a terrain tutorial & it's not a map. The closest I would equate it to would be DOs. Obviously we won't have a card (or should we?*) so just a pic of it set out on a battlefield would be good.

I mean, there's a bit of a tutorial for the base portion, yes? And it's sort of a map, as it will be on maps/have an interior for maps. I thought there was some sense in running this through the Terrain Makers instead of like a DO, personally. But maybe we should ask the Heroes in sanctum how they'd prefer to handle things like this, the apartment complex, skyscrapers, etc.?

From memory/eyeballing, I'd say between 5 and 6, but one of us can actually measure it at some point (not available to do so right now).

Hmm, good question. I don't think I realized that for the Castle Door, figures have to fit on the space under the overhang in order to pass through the door (page 5 here).

Pretty sure that is in the Urban Rules. Like in the VDO rules, each has it's own size restrictions.
