Re: My thread of minis 3d print
Sure. But I rather spent 10$, and have 12 minis for 10c each.
Rather than spend 30$ for 4 minis regardless. Print time is overnight anyways, this is a hobby It's just for fun. If anyone wants the Knight or defender file, let me know in the PM. |

These look more like a templar knight but they are super fun. Check out my ebay where you can find my custom dice trays and dicetowers: https://www.ebay.com/usr/captainamazing_jerdo |

Cost of filament is 10c per mini, for a roll of 1KG for 20$. Machine tears ? never got an issues personally. Again, I rather pay a little more to get higher and more "looking alike" figures than going with free models as proxy. Not everything is about money ^^ |

Re: My thread of minis 3d print
Just trying to help you with your project. It looks like you got it where you want it. I'll leave you to it. Wear and Tear on machine is a figure of speech for wear on your machine. After things wear out you have to buy replacement parts. Good luck.

Re: My thread of minis 3d print
Wow man, I'm going to have to see if I can figure out how to adjust my settings to get that kind of quality. I kind of set my 3-D printer aside and stopped messing around with it in part because I wasn't overly impressed with the quality, but if I can get a higher quality of print just by adjusting the setting to the right spot that would be great.

Re: My thread of minis 3d print
Do you have final printed models of these guys? I think this is a great way to go about creating your own proxies, and I'm super impressed.
