No, that's special.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Something I noticed here, why does the special attack say "attack 5 +special" ?
There's nothing that can modify the number of dice rolled there. Which is the only thing that adds that lingo. Like it subtracts other people's defense, but that has zip to do with anything. See Punisher or Crimson Dynamo.
