I think forcing 1 OM on him is painful enough, or just make it only move OMs on the round he does the betrayal. Definitely a tricky balance between "this is useless" and "this is way too disruptive".

Depending on how his betrayal work in-universe, going with MrNobody's suggestion of a desertion rather than switching sides would also make it less swingy.

Considering your opponent can just shoot him if its really a big deal to stop him gobbling OMs I don't think the OM stealing betrayal thing would be too bad at 1 OM.

Unrelated to betrayals and such, I'm not a fan of Extraordinary as the personality. Just seems gamey and kinda lazy since its very on the nose and not really a personality in the first place.

Like I get that it's meant to be a synergy hook, but that isn't carte blanche to just use whatever you want. Doom Patrol uses personality as a synergy hook, doesn't mean they gave things the personality of "Doom Patrol".

Yeah I do think once you start using actual words that relate to peoples personalities instead of book titles you're not going to find a single one that covers all the League dudes.

So probably not the best avenue of syngery here.

On theme, he actively works against the team after betraying them and feeds the Martians intel, so it's not a situation where he just walks away.

I can see the personality is a stretch. I'd definitely go Insane in that case.

Keyword seems a lot better than specific species/class personality callouts on Mina, how would roundabout synergy work?

For a keyword I could see a lot of titles: Extraordinary, The League, or just the entire name.

I think Agent of the Crown would be best, since they weren't actually called that in the comic and it sounds good before Invisible Infiltration.
Or if it does need to be short LXG.

Although Insane would give him the most synergies, he, like many Psychopaths, is not clinically insane.

He behaves the way he does only because he's invisible, amoral, and thinks he can get away with it.
The two words that best describe him are Megalomaniacal and Sadistic.

Something like Amoral may be cool. I think we’ve used that in the past? I tend to not love Insane Psychopath, but it’s something we’ve done several times before.
