I'm all for replacing Exploit Weakness with Surgical Strike, and even if the power doesn't fly, the name will surely stay. Also, 5 life sounds good.

SURGICAL STRIKE
When rolling attack dice against an adjacent figure, all blanks count as 1 additional skull.

It will increase his odds of rolling a skull from 50% to 67%.

I don't think Precise personality is a representation of accuracy as much as it about intellegence. Otherwise, figures like Green Arrow and Hawkeye would certainly end up as Precise.

SHIELD Sniper is Precise. I'd always assumed it was in relationship to accuracy. I'd prefer it this way too.

I'd like to know what others thought about this. I'm referencing Precise in a new power that I'm creating.

I've always thought along the line of Balantai, which made Oliver Queen and Bullseye kind of odd choices to me. I've always thought of "Precise" as "Fussy" - like a very by-the-books military officer or something.
