Re: The Book of Obsidian
I'm good either way. I can see how the current word isn't 100% obvious, though (I struggled deciding which way was correct looking back at it and I LDed this), so I'm totally OK with a verbiage change if we can prevent that analysis paralysis for the end user in the future. And SirG's wording looks like it works for me.
Any other thoughts? (Leaning towards just doing the update if folks favor that). C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Obsidian
The same questions arise with Mastermind, as he does not specify opponents' figures for Psychic Camouflage. If the intention is that figures next to Obsidian or Mastermind are not affected by passive powers, I think we should update with SirG's proposed wording. It's much clearer.

For here, we could either make it like Mastermind and add the "chosen" verbiage, or (as I'd prefer) go with the more thematic approach that it shuts down passive powers. I think there's enough confusion about what the current version does that I'm going to go ahead and update the SP now with SirG's version. In about 5 mins or less, it'll be in the hands of art! C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

5 minutes or almost 2 years. What's the difference?

Re: The Book of Obsidian
OK, so catch me up. Did I miss making the update to the SP or did Art not make the update yet? Which is needing updating?

Re: The Book of Obsidian
Good call on the bio here being a bit too lengthy, LO. I've trimmed it down some and like the results a lot better. I've definitely grown in my appreciation of elegance since 2013!

I.... never suggested changing it. I thought it was fine as is. I never said it was too lengthy.

Re: The Book of Obsidian
You pointed out it was one of the longer ones, though, which goes against my current aesthetic, so it was a good chance to see if I could streamline it a bit, and I'm happy I could.
