Hawkeye used to be a circus performer. That's where he learned archery.

Most of the re-tellings/adaptations just make him a SHIELD guy for plausibility and ease of getting him into the story, though.

Do you have a preference on the comic art being recolored or not?

You mean to recolor the art to match the boarder/mini color? IDK, I actually would rather go the other way if we're going to go to all that trouble and change the mini outfit's color to be more purple. The other comic art is even more purple, so I say just leave it as is. Changing the art coloring seems wrong to me.

I guess I could recolor the mini in photoshop, but that feels kinda weird to me. That technically makes it a repaint and everything, don't think we want to go through all that hassle.

Sorry, some errors I missed:

- Inconsistent between "Avenger" and "Avengers" marker; "Avenger" is correct
- Incorrect there ("their" in the first power)
- "Unique" and "Common" should be capitalized
- Should specify a special attack in his special attack
- It's a special power, not just a power

While I was in there, I shuffled things around a bit to make the wording a bit clearer/more consistent. Tell me if there's anything people don't like.

While I'm here, we can probably come up with something more unique than Special Arrow here. Silver Arrow (like a silver bullet)? Gadget Arrow? The Perfect Arrow? Synonym-For-Kryptonite Arrow?

Here's updated wording:

WEST COAST AVENGERS
At the start of the game, you may choose up to 3 other Unique Heroes you control and place a white Avenger Marker on each of their cards. Once per player turn, if there is an Order Marker on this card, after moving a figure you control with an Avenger Marker on its card and instead of attacking with that figure you may move Hawkeye up to 3 spaces and attack with Hawkeye.

SPECIAL ARROW SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 5. Attack 4.
After targeting a Unique or Common enemy figure with this special attack, you may choose to either add 1 automatic skull to whatever is rolled or choose one of the defending figure's special powers to negate for the rest of this attack.
