Yeah, I think 290 looks solid for him.

I don't think so unless you do. I was more or less giving everybody (especially newbies ) the chance to read it all before...

I propose Dr Fate move to final editing phase at 290 points.

I can't remember, but why is that line about Event Heroes in this power?

HELM OF NABU
Anytime after you have rolled the 20-sided die, you may immediately remove any unrevealed Order Markers from this card. Add one to the roll for each unrevealed Order Marker you remove. Helm of Nabu cannot be used when rolling the 20-sided die for an Event Hero.

We put it there so it can't be used to provide a boost to already powerful figures & because he doesn't play nice with the event type heroes

Are we really concerned about how well he will work with Anti-Monitor? I mean Anti has to give DF orders which will lessen Anti's turns per round, and DF cost points that Anti won't normally be able to afford..... I am not seeing a major issue there. That line just seem unnecessarily forceful.

It's not a deal breaker for me, but I'd want to see at least one test in playtesting with an Event Hero if we remove that line.

The way the power was worded to begin with is probably why no one wanted to playtest DF with any Event Hero.

I would bet that DF with Mxy or Anti would be just fine and balanced. I would like to see two tests with him drafted with each of those. I can run one with Mxy as I don't have the Anti figure or a proxy yet.
