I believe he was wanting to avoid the red. I won't have time to recolor this as I'm packing up now to leave.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

Ah yea, I could see how my comment wasn't the clearest. Since it's not part of the text layer you have to manually shift them over.

Personally I like the concept art here - a person drew it, it's the likeness of the character, and it was officially commissioned to illustrate said character for Marvel. Those are my only real qualifications for the art we use.

Wording looks good but we knew that.

Japes is out for the week or so. He asked me to take over any updating. They are updated. If there's any qualms over comic art, that can always be changed before release, but I figure Archie would like to get on to his next design.

pre-yea same. I'm not opposed to the concept art, but I like the red accents(gives it a bit more color) and more comic book style of the one on the card. It also reads to me a bit more as "eyes in the sky", whereas the posing one seems like he's just going for a joy-flight. Good with whatever the LD ultimately prefers though.
