The Holocron of Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight)
The Holocron of Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight) Adventure Pack 2: Jabba's Palace figure card: The figure used for this unit is a Star Wars figure from the Knights of the Old Republic set. Its model number and name are #32/Luke Skywalker, Jedi. Alternate figures: The figure used for this unit is a Star Wars figure from the Rebel Storm set. Its model number and name are #9/Luke Skywalker, Jedi Knight. The figure used for this unit is a Star Wars figure from the Legacy of the Force set. Its model number and name are #15/Luke Skywalker, Legacy of the Light Side. Jabba's Palace Art Set Jabba's Palace Figure Set ______________________________________________________________ Character Bio - Despite disagreement from Jedi Masters Yoda and Obi-Wan Kenobi, Luke never wavered in his belief that his father, Darth Vader, could be redeemed. After a thrilling rescue of Han Solo from Jabba the Hutt's Palace, Luke confronted Darth Vader in the Emperor's Throne room in one final battle for the fate of the galaxy. ______________________________________________________________ -Rulings and Clarifications- Q - Did you guys mess up on the Luke design? Normally in Heroscape when you roll the d20, the higher numbers are for the "good" outcomes and the lower numbers are for the "bad" outcomes. Luke has numbers in the middle for the "good" outcome. A - Luke was purposely designed that way for thematic reasons. As Luke succumbs to The Anger Within, he attacks more, but also moves closer and closer to giving in to the Dark Side of the Force. Q - Does Luke get to use The Anger Within only once in a turn? A - No, Luke can continue rolling the d20 for The Anger Within after each normal attack. After each normal attack, he can choose whether to roll again or not, unless he is within 4 clear sight spaces of an opponent's Sith Lord, in which case Luke is required to roll for The Anger Within. • Force Leap Instead of a normal move, this figure may Force Leap. Force Leap has a move of 3. When counting spaces for Force Leap movement, ignore elevations. This figure may Force Leap over water without stopping, Force Leap over figures without becoming engaged, and Force Leap over obstacles such as ruins. You may not Force Leap more than 25 levels up or down in a single Force Leap. If this figure is engaged when is starts to Force Leap, it will take any leaving engagement attacks. Figures with the Force Leap symbol are not affected by Falling or Major Falling but are affected by Extreme Falling • Force Push Once per turn, before or after moving or attacking, you may choose a small or medium object or opponents figure within 2 clear sight spaces to Force Push. Choose up to 2 empty same level or lower spaces in a straight line from the chosen object or figure and move that object or figure onto either of the chosen spaces. Figures affected by Force Push may not be moved closer to this figure. Figures moved by Force Push never take any leaving engagement attacks but will receive any falling damage that may apply. Figures with a Force Leap or Force Push symbol may not be moved onto a molten lava space. ______________________________________________________________ -Combinations and Synergies- Synergy Benefits Received: Classic: • N/A HoSS: • 2-1B : Rebel Field Medic Being a non-droid or vehicle hero that follows the Rebel Alliance, Luke Skywalker may benefit from 2-1B's REBEL FIELD MEDIC special power. Luke Skywalker
Human Unique Hero Jedi Knight Valiant Medium 5 Move 6 Range 1 Attack 5 Defense 5 Life 5 Points 200 LIGHTSABER THROW SPECIAL ATTACK Range 4. Attack 4. Choose a non-adjacent figure to attack. You may also choose up to two additional figures within 2 spaces of the chosen figure to be affected by this special attack. Luke Skywalker does not need line of sight to the additional figures. Roll attack dice once for all affected figures. Each figure rolls defense dice separately. Luke Skywalker may only use this special attack once per round. THE ANGER WITHIN Each time Luke Skywalker attacks with a normal attack, you may roll the 20-sided die. Subtract 1 from your roll for each normal attack Luke Skywalker made this turn. If you roll a 1 or lower, choose an opponent. That opponent now controls Luke Skywalker. Remove any Order Markers on this Army Card, and give this card to that opponent. If you roll 2-11, Luke Skywalker may attack again with a normal attack. If you roll a 12 or higher, your turn immediately ends. If Luke Skywalker is within 4 clear sight spaces of an opponent's Sith Lord, you must roll for The Anger Within after each normal attack. Re: The Holocron of Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight)
Just so I'm clear, If Luke is within 4 spaces of Vader and is attacked (say by a stormtrooper) He rolls of the anger within?
Or is it that you roll again if Vader is near by? For example roll d20, roll attack, roll d20 because of Vader, then roll D20 for anger within, etc. Or is it I only roll the D20 if I plan on attacking a second (or more) time? So if I'm only fighting Droids I may decide to never risk it. But if Vader is near I have no choice. |

Re: The Holocron of Luke Skywalker (Jedi Knight)
The last one. You roll after attacking with Luke's normal attack. You get to choose whether or not to roll (in order to try to get another attack). If Darth Vader is nearby, you don't get to choose whether or not to roll, you are required to roll. However, if you do get the extra attack, you can always choose to not attack (like Luke did in Return of the Jedi) and end the cycle of Dark Side aggression and temptation.
