Missouri 'scapers?

The wife and I are moving out to Iowa and then Missouri, currently eyeing a house in Kirksville. Looking forward to seeing what kind of games we can get on when I get there.

Saw this sales post on the Heroscapers Facebook. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1901...ibextid=W9rl1R Dude is asking for $1000 cash. He’s on the Illinois side of St Louis. Seems like a great deal.

I’m not so sure. I think it’s an okay price. There are very few expansion figures of actual value, and the vast majority of figures are RotV duplicates. There’s some things about the lot that are misleading as well, like 5x sets of RotV figures, but only 2 sets (maybe even less) of RotV terrain. A rough estimate of value,
2x RotV $120
1xBftU $150
1xSotM $100
1x Marvel $50
1xFotA $50
1x RttFF $60
1x VW $60
Knights and Swog $50
Romansx2 $80
Snipers/Vipers $25
Icewind Scourge $40
Heroes of Fallcrest $50
Most of Raknars $50
1x extra SotM commons $20

Total ~ $910. Pretty much everything else in the lot is not really worth anything. IMO when buying large collections you should be getting a deal. (~50% of market value) and the pricing on this lot is pretty close to market value, which is what you would expect if everything was sold individually.

Mileage may vary, there's multiples of certain figures and less of others. More than the listed terrain that it would have come with. Giant pictures of it all are harder to make out, a detailed list would be better.
