After moving and before attacking, if Wonder Woman is not engaged, you may choose an opponent's small or medium figure that is within 4 clear sight spaces of Wonder Woman. Place the chosen figure on an empty space adjacent to Wonder Woman. The chosen figure does not receive any leaving engagement attacks.
Opponent's figures adjacent to Wonder Woman cannot use any Special Powers on their Army Card.

I think we need to specify that the moved figure should be small or medium.

Also, should this power be automatic, or should she have to roll to move someone?

I think she should have to roll to use the power, especially if she negates their powers.

There needs to be some restriction on it - an auto move that completely nullfies all figures adjacent to her is just too powerful for SuperHeroScape, I think. But it might not be a D20 roll that's the answer (though a low one, like 6, wouldn't bother me). I think a better solution might be to let her nullify when she's engaged with only one figure. That way she can still bring Superman to his knees, but not Superman and Batman together.

I don't see why. I think too many powers make restrictions only for small or medium figures as it is, plus she's actually used her lasso on some very large creatures, too.

I like that idea. I really only wanted to say figures that she has lassoed, but there wasn't an easy way of saying that without the use of a marker & didn't really want to go there.

I thought the fact that WW needs to be un-engaged was enough of a restriction, without the d20 as well. Also I don't see any thematic reason to restrict it to just small or medium figures.

The fact that Superman loses his Man of Steel ability is thematic because the Lasso is "magical", so I thought it would be fitting enough to stop even those with magic also. They can all still pound on her.

If only one opponent's figure is adjacent to Wonder Woman, that figure cannot use any Special Powers on their Army Card.

Awesome - I think it looks a lot more balanced to me now. I must have missed the "not engaged" part when reading this originally.
I do think Griff has a point about the small/medium thing, though, and not so much for thematic reasons as that it seems like it could get mechanically messy (same reason large or huge figures aren't included in throw powers).

Golden Lasso looks awesome. It might be my favorite power in Ala Cart. And that's saying alot since there are some really good ones.

What kinds of messy things does it bring up? Maybe we could just address those.

If there was all uneven terrain next to her where no double based figure could fit would create a problem.

You have a point. That was the only reason I believe there would be a size limitation on the power, but we'll see I suppose.

Is that clear in the card text? Technically, right now, according to this wording:

"Place the chosen figure on an empty space adjacent to Wonder Woman."

you couldn't use it for any figure that didn't fit on a single space anyway ...
