I think you'd want more like this:

If there is one or more Wound Marker on this card, when attacking with Shocker, if you roll all skulls, Shocker immediately receives one wound.

Because his gauntlets have you "move" a figure, I'm guessing that terrain rules and elevation apply?
Also, if a figure I'm moving has a special movement ability like flying or Bat-Grapple, would I be able to use it during the move?
Just some rules questions that came up that I don't know how to answer ...
Otherwise, lots of fun so far! I've got most of the heavy hitters done. I'm going to try to finish those up tonight and post what I have, then work on squad and army tests as the week goes on.

Moving is part of standard HS powers so the rules would be the same as there. Don't all the special moving powers say "instead of moving normally"? in which case this isn't.

C3G INITIAL PLAYTEST FEEDBACK FORM

NAME OF THE TEST UNIT (SHOCKER)

- THEME TEST/ Check to see if there are any powers or stats on the test unit card that does not accurately reflect the theme or likeness of what the character would and could do. Also consider destructible objects, and whether or not this characters powers should affect them.
PASS

- MIRROR TEST/ Check to see if the unit were played against itself, if there would be any loops that would upset the balance of the Game.
PASS

- BONDING TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing Bonding abilities to make sure there are no continual Bonding possibilities that do not stop appropriately or do not stop at all. This is to prevent loops in Bonding.

- SYNERGIES TEST/ Compare the unit card with all possible currently existing synergies to make sure there are no factors that could break the game by making any unit to powerful or too weak.
PASS though he’s a powerful pairing with Kingpin

- POWER CHECK/ Consider the test unit and all existing units and all glyphs to compare to and check for any powers that could be over amplified and break the game. Each power must define when it takes place, who or what it affects, and What are the stipulations on the power if there are any.

- What should be the unit's point value? 160. He struggled against Green Arrow, but I was still figuring him out and over-relied on the special attack. He still handled Batman easily while I was figuring him out, then performed well against Hawkeye and Spidey. He put some wounds on Huntress, but she felt clearly superior.
- Give a brief overview. All tests were done on a map with one Ice Hill, four Ice Rocks, five Evergreen Trees, and two Manhole Covers.

I think Shocker is real close between 160 and 170 right now, but with all of his criminal synergies, I’d lean towards 170 to be safe (though I think a lot of his performance was enhanced by DOs being all over this map, he is very well-rounded with few weaknesses or poor match ups).

A3n, I think there's an issue with the Vibroshock Gauntlets power:

VIBROSHOCK GAUNTLETS
When Shocker attacks using his normal attack, he may attack one additional time. After each normal attack, you may move the defending figure X spaces in a straight line from Shocker, where X is equal to the number of skulls you rolled in your attack. Figures moved by this special power cannot be placed closer to Shocker than its original placement and will not take leaving engagement attacks but will take any falling damage.

I think it needs to be a "place" power, not a "move" power, both because moving another figure, thematically, is something we've reserved for mind control, but also because moving instead of placing brings up all sorts of mechanical questions related to a unit's movement powers (flying, etc.) and terrain issues (elevation, water, etc.).
I think this power needs to take a page out of Iron Man's book and model itself after one of the many "place" powers on those Iron Man cards.
Let me know what you think! I'm pretty much going to playtest it as if it is a "place" power for the time being, but look forward to some updated wording.
