Wow, those are majorly inconsistent! And I don't think either is quite right, either. The ideal would be this:

SPEED SHOT
After revealing an Order Marker on the Army Card of another Unique Hero that is an Archer or Sidekick you control in clear sight of Red Arrow and moving that Unique Hero, before attacking with that Unique Hero, if Red Arrow is not engaged, he may immediately attack an opponent's figure with his normal attack.

Need an official ruling: under its current wording, does Speed Shot trigger only before the entire Attack phase or before each attack?

I've always played it as Before the Attack Phase and not each individual attack...though I don't think we had multi attacking archers or sidekicks until recently..

That's how I've played it and intended it as well. I'm hoping to hear from the competitive/rules lawyery types on if the current wording properly reflects that.

@Ronin , @dok ...you guys seem to be the loop hole finders...does the wording fit the intent here or do we need to change this in some way so that it just triggers at the beginning of the Attack Phase and NOT each attack of a multi attacker?

I interpret it as the classic "after moving and before attacking", with some extra qualifiers thrown in. No issues.

I would say it fits the intent. "After moving and before attacking" is usually understood to be before the attack phase as a whole, not before each attack.
