can adjust the numbers if we need to hit the points.

This makes the Mystiques main team a 700 point army with Rogue getting us to 1000 or Toad getting them to 800 and a 200 point planned QS for the 900 and 1000 (with Toad) builds.

But this is the core 700 I'm aiming for.

Looks good to me. Just curious, what makes her so problematic in Mutant builds? Just her cheap price for +1 on d20s for them all? Sage also boosts d20s but is a much higher price point.

Not sure the "in play" part is needed is it, if most powers don't work when a figure is not on the board?

EDIT: Also, would Magneto (I), if we can drop his points by 10, make a good fit to reach 1000 builds?

I don't think problematic is the right word. The Destiny+Mags combo just had a weird effect - it let you recruit any Mutant and give them that easy +3, so once you grabbed Destiny+Mags, the next step was to grab Archangel or Gorgon or whoever, which made for some unthematic gameplay.

So she went from +3 for all Outcasts, and +1 for any mutant to just +2 for Brotherhood and +4 for Mystique only.

If no one is pushing for a testing then I propose she move to Final Edit phase

Shouldn't this be like "add +2 to the roll" or something? "The roll is +2" is just bizarre sounding.

It'd be better to just say "add 2" then, since "+" and "add" mean the same thing.

This is what I'd do with the wording. I agree add 2 would be a lot clearer. Then Deadly Crossbow needs to specific it only works on normal attacks.
