They was it is stated, it seamed like as long as you get adjacent to him before your turn ends he can heal you. Do you see how an average guy like me would think that? I belive you, that's what I asked.

Well, it says it works if you reveal an Order Marker on a figure that is adjacent to Alfred. If the figure moved and then ended their turn adjacent to Alfred, that means you didn't reveal the Order Marker on a figure adjacent to Alfred - they were farther away when you revealed the Order Marker.
