Character Bio - Billy was one of the five "teenagers with attitude" selected by Zordon to become the original Power Rangers. He became the Blue Mighty Morphin Power Ranger due to his intelligence and patience and was given both the Triceratops Power Coin and the Triceratops Dinozord. He is considered the brains of the Power Rangers team, creating many gadgets with which to solve problems that not even Zordon foresaw.

When attacking with this special attack, Blue Ranger may re-roll up to 2 attack dice.

COMBAT FLIP 12
After moving normally, attacking, or defending with Blue Ranger, he may use Combat Flip. Combat Flip has a move of 2. When moving with Combat Flip, Blue Ranger has the Flying special power, but may not move up or down more than 12 levels in a single flip. When using Combat Flip, Blue Ranger will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

Agreed with SW's comment from the LCW that he could stand to go up to subtracting/re-rolling 2 dice.

I might up his normal range to 5 as well. What's the range of 4 representing? It's nice if the first power and his normal range can be the same number, just to help the end user remember better and reference the card less (I know they're representing different things, but even so).

Having 2's for all the subtracting/re-rolling as well as the move on Combat Flip and the range on the Lance is a nice thing for the end user.

So, I was attempting to keep with what Johnny had down for their range as it represents their blade blasters.

I think what I really wanna do is match their ranges to their weapons as they rarely use the blade blasters in the comics. Sword 1, Daggers 1, Axe 1, Bow 7, and Billy's Lance at 2. I think that would give them another little unique touch.

If the special attack is repping the Lance already, though, seems weird to have the normal range represent the Lance as well.

I mean, I'm down to keep the blaster representation with a bump of 1 to the range for sure and just having the SA for the weapons. I just thought it would be a nice touch and maybe a little wiggle room for a combined total for the team.

Here's the change, I think he's sitting at 170-180? Still not super comfy with the calculator.
