In Bear Hug, is there a particular reason the power is phrased that way? (ie kicking in when someone starts to move) Phrasing reads a little oddly, just want to get the thought behind it before suggesting a revision.

This passes.

I think I based it on Headlock from Mother Russia, but I agree it could be simplified. Here's a take based more on Stuck & Jekyll's above wording.
