Sounds like a good fit for C3G in my opinion. Would need to vote it in, but comics, figures and superheroes is pretty much an easy yea for people.

Like the design Wording is not perfect but the intent on all of the powers is very clean.

Yeah we can take it in-sanctum and vote for it. I don't think it'll be much of an issue (I read a few of those and considered drafting them years back!)

TELEKINETIC TOSS 13
After moving and before attacking, you may choose either Justice or a small or medium figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Justice. Roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, you may place the chosen figure on any empty space within 4 spaces of its original placement. After the figure is placed, you may roll 1 unblockable attack die against that figure. Placed figures will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

DEDICATED SOLIDARITY
As long as all of your revealed Order Markers are on Unique Dedicated Heroes, they add 1 to their Defense numbers.

STOP THE SMOKE FROM A GUN (Needs a better name)
If a figure within 5 clear sight spaces of Justice attacks him with a normal attack, and Justice rolls at least 3 shields, Justice takes no damage, and the attacking figure receives one wound.
