Start the game with the Glyph of Neutralizer, and the Glyph of Replicator on this card. Forge cannot lose these Equipment Glyphs by any means unless he is destroyed.

And then rename the other power something like MECHANICAL ENGINEERING.

GLYPH OF NEUTRALIZER

Start the game with a gray Neutralizer Marker on this card. After moving and instead of attacking, you may choose an opponent’s Mutant Hero within 4 clear sight spaces and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 12 or higher, remove the Neutralizer Marker from this card and place it on the chosen hero’s card. A figure with a Neutralizer Marker on its card cannot use any special powers for the remainder of the round. At the end of each round, return the Neutralizer Marker to this card.

GLYPH OF REPLICATOR

EQUIPMENT GLYPH
Before taking a turn with this figure, you may choose a figure that is equipped with an equipment glyph within 4 clear sight spaces or any equipment glyph within 4 spaces of this figure. For the rest of this turn, you may use any special power on the equipment glyph. If the special power refers to a figure or the glyph's card, it refers to this figure or this figure's card instead.

What's with them? Straightforward ability, so no comment needed until I get to the glyphs.

Mechanical Engineering
I really like this ability! I love flexible designs, and the ability to use this to both heal and sabotage is fantastic and thematic.


Glyph of Neutralizer
The marker/glyph combo is another C3G innovation that we saw with the E-Ray, and it works well here. Negation abilities are nasty.


Glyph of Replicator
If you choose a figure that is equipped with more than one glyph, such as Mandarin, could you use the abilities of all the glyphs?

There may be a problem with "If the special power refers to a figure." It works with Rogue and Doctor Doom, because those abilities use "chosen figure." However, the use of figure on glyphs is generic by necessity and is used to refer to both the glyph holder and any potential target. The glyphs also vary in how they describe the glyph holder. "Figure equipped with this Glyph" is used on Smilex and "this figure" is used on Makluan Energy Rings.

Example: Glyph of Cosmic Cube -- "you may choose the figure equipped with this Glyph, or any figure". So the wording on the Replicator would appear to allow you to only apply it to Forge.

Another situation to consider: you also have to account for the way glyphs refer to their actual name in the ability. Example: Makluan Energy Rings state "This figure is not affected by the Glyph of Makluan Energy Rings." So when you use it with the Replicator, you'd want the revised text to also change "Makluan Energy Rings" to "Replicator."

By the way, if the glyph equipped by a figure is considered within X spaces of a figure, you could shorten it to this, though you might have to ad a FAQ to remind people that you can select an equipped glyph:

Final Thoughts
This is another great design. I love both the Mechanical Engineering and the Replicator. Hopefully, the Replicator is either one of my "not really an issue" issues, or that you can clear those issues.
