Well, Brimstone already passed the initial acceptance to be reviewed, so it is not considered when they review the unit.

He already has his first vote, so the next four judges won't even check availability.

EDIT: I thought I updated the bylaws with this, but we only check availability at time of submission and for the first vote to induct. Votes 2 through 5 do not check availability.

Our availability requirements changed back in November. We only check for acceptable availability when the unit is submitted, not during individual reviews.

We shoot for a bare minimum of 75 'Scapers now, at least I do. 100+ is really preferred.
