OK, Dr. J. pointed out on Discord that the lack of an OM reveal on this power allows for a turn bonding chain with Robot or Ms. Marvel types. That was not intended. Here's my attempt to close it (and maybe massage the language enough to let the Splitting Images be more viable with it?). I'd love some thoughts before updating the SP.
 TEAM FLASH Whenever Iris West is moved, you may reveal an “X” Order Marker on this card. While an “X” Order Marker is revealed on a card you control, after revealing an Order Marker on this card or the card of a Unique Metahuman you control and taking a turn, you may choose another Unique Metahuman Hero you control. If you did not take a turn with a Hero named Flash, the chosen Hero must be named Flash. Take a turn with the chosen Hero and you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

So with that wording I'd say you can definitely swap out the first turn with the Splitting Images and get another turn, but it has to be with a Flash since you didn't take a turn with a Flash anymore.
If we wanted a bit more synergy with the images we could do: "If you did not reveal an Order Marker on a Hero named Flash, the chosen Hero must be named Flash." Then Flash can do the split and still get a turn with any Meta after. -- No idea on how the 'Instead of' turn would interact with the bonus turn and the no more turns lingo. But that's a larger issue anyway. Even if it doesn't work the change now let's you use the Images in the Flash build which I'm happy about.
