Try him with Grodd and Lex Injustice versions. They both work off Psychopath.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Captain Cold I
Captain Cold (I) got a big boost as the Rogues faction improved, IMO. Mirror Master (Sam), Weather Wizard (I), Magenta, and Tar-Pit are nice for keeping him podded up and alive, and Top and Blacksmith are nice for helping his special attack hit more. With stronger allies, that special attack can make a nice turn chain when it hits in Blacksmith based armies.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Captain Cold I
Captain Cold (I) is really solid. His special attack is pretty much all-or-nothing, but the high end potential is quite good. His aura slowing down enemies can be a pain to deal with for melee opponents.

His biggest drawback is that he can't be drafted alongside Captain Cold (II), who is a better Rogue leader. But in your Blacksmith, Gorilla Grodd (IJL), or Suicide Squad builds involving Rogues, Captain Cold (I) is a must-draft IMO.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Multiple Man
Dupes roll is a bit high and stats are a bit low to keep these guys from being uber competitive, but they're a nice filler unit like Fire Ants or Civilians at their low price point and with frequent multiple turns. If you can figure out a way to boost their attacks or to lower enemy defenses (there are units that do either) they have a chance of making an offensive impact too.

Investigator faction is growing, which should help them out!
