Simple Play-Testing Round by Round Tracker
Hello all Play-Testers
One of the things that always stopped me from play testing was recording the round by round summary. To simplify matters, I have written some simple excel documents that makes it easy to keep track of what is going on: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets...it?usp=sharing There is a Test page where you fill in the names, point values and wounds/number of squad figures at the top. Below you simply use the short hand (i1 = inititive for army 1, m=melee attack, etc.) for each round. It will automatically keep track of the number of wounds, which round and which turn you are on. There is also a tab with the Testing form and Unit stats for reference. Feed Back is welcome. |

Re: Simple Play-Testing Round by Round Tracker
Doing a round by round synopsis is not necessary for the playtest forms, though it can help. It's just your preference on how to record your data. That being said, I like this system, looks very helpful for those who use this system.

I will have to try this out sometime. Thanks for sharing, Wriggz.

Very cool. It looks like an excellent tool for tracking face to face games for playtesting. Thanks, Wriggz!
