Looks good to me. I like how Godslayer doubles the wounds so you may be tempted not to roll for it if you only inflict 1-2 wounds but then you may get burnt later and never get to use it at all. It's gonna lead to some difficult choices.

Thanks for responding so quickly. The original version of Godslayer had a higher d20 roll that could destroy the figure (with lower rolls inflicting wounds), but it was deemed too swingy.

I like the fact that it’s optional, because if you inflict 1 or 2 wounds, you might not want to use this. After all, if you roll 16+, you’ve used up the ability.

- Give a brief overview. I didn't inflict many wounds on the defensive side of MMA, but it was always a huge threat to the opponents. I also never hit the roll for Godslayer. Gamora was only getting a chance or two a game, but still, rotten D20 luck. One-on-one, she's feeling more 320 to me, but taking Godslayer's potential in to thought, and given her synergies, I'm thinking 330 from here.

Units: Wonder Woman (300)
Lasso and is just too much for Gamora here.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R1T5: Wonder Woman with 2/6 wounds.

TEST 2
Units: Black Tarantula (300)
Gamora was tougher here and a 5/5 skull roll knocked out the spider.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R2T1: Gamora with 2/5 wounds.

TEST 3
Units: Black Tarantula (300)
This was a close one, but Black Tarantula pulled out the win. Some bad rolls on Gamora's part and Godslayer only dealing a single extra wound hurt.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R3T1: Black Tarantula with 3/5 wounds.

TEST 4
Units: Sabretooth (290)
Gamora was rolling terribly here barely managing 2 skulls most of the time, but she got Sabretooth up to 3 wounds and then hit a 4/5 skull roll where he whiffed, taking him down.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R2T5: Gamora with 3/5 wounds.

TEST 5
Units: Sabretooth (290)
Some big hits with Gamora here and some poor rolls from Sabretooth. Still haven't dealt a single wound back with Counterstrike yet, strangely.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R2T4: Gamora 4/5 wounds.

TEST 6
Units: She-Hulk (310)
Close, but a big hit from She-Hulk (6 skulls!) was the big difference here.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R2T4: She-Hulk with 5/6 wounds.

TEST 7
Units: She-Hulk (310)
Gamora had the advantage most of the game, but it was rout thanks to a couple whiffed attack rolls from She-Hulk.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R2T4: Gamora with 0 wounds.

TEST 8
Units: Magneto (I) (310)
Magneto used his range to gain a map advantage, but MMA was just too much for him.
Who won and how many wounds did they have? R2T5: Gamora with 2/5 wounds.

TEST 9
Units: Supergirl (320)
THings went poorly for SUpergirl early, but she made a nice comeback, nearly pulling this one out. Again, MMA was a huge boost.

Units: Supergirl (320)
Supergirl just rolled terribly this game. It should have been much closer, but the dice were in Gamora's favor.

- Give a brief overview. Melee squads will struggle mightily against Gamora. The Amazons have their SA, but it is too unreliable, and it failed them here.

This game wasn't even a contest for the first few rounds. The Amazons tried to set up their SA while keeping Gamora engaged, but he defense held and she took them done one by one. A whiffed defense roll on against a lucky Amazon plus a Lava Field wound all at the end made it look closer than it really was.

This was kind of ridiculous. The Skrulls got a couple lucky hits against Gamora, both times with 3/4 skulls against 1/6 and 0/6 shields. I think this game is likely more of an outlier, but it does show that ranged multiple attacks can take Gamora out.

- Give a brief overview.The Gorilla City Warriors are a tough unit, but this is a good match-up for Gamora. The GCW are melee and have an incentive to swarming an opponent.

Godslayer: rolled for 1 time; 0 extra wounds.
Healing: 1 wounds.

The Ninja were able to use their speed and range, plus some timely Initiative wins, to control the battlefield here, making things tough for the Gorillas. Gamora tried to play assassin, charging in toward the opponent's SZ. She was cut off at the beginning of the second round when the GCW saw an opportunity to engage her with three Warriors and took it. They failed their rolls however, and lost 2 in the process. Super-Ape moved in after them and went toe-to-toe with Gamora, overpowering her by the end of the round. It was enough of a lead though, and the remaining Ninja and X-23 were able to pull out the victory.

R5T1: X-23 unwounded.

- Give a brief overview.Gamora did a little bit better in this rematch, but the rest of her team wasn't as good, leading to a loss.

Again Gamora was used as an assassin, this time an Initiative win in the first round gave her a good head start and allowed her to make it in to Grodd. She took him out in just a couple turns, while also destroying two Warriors, but Super-Ape chased her down and again KO'ed her quickly. After that, the Ninja and Warriors did a good job of destroying each other, with a little help from the heroes. By the end of the third round, it was a showdown between Super-Ape and X-23. Mikhlo got a good start on the fourth round, winning Initiative and rolling well, but X-23 had some good luck on the end of the round to heal back to full health. After some back-and-forth in the next round, Super-Ape pulled out the win.

R5T6: Super-Ape with 3/5 wounds.

Army Test 3
- Does it pass, Yes or No? Yes
- What should be the unit's point value? 330
- Give a brief overview.Even without using Godslayer, Gamora was very good against the Lanterns. The threat of Godslayer is enough to pressure the Lanterns into burning a marker every time she attacks. She destroyed about 210 points here, but that doesn't take in to account the 4-5 markers she burned. Against some of the other Lanterns, she could have done some serious damage.

Units: Gamora (330), Ms. Marvel (350), Kraven (200) (880) VS Green Lantern:Guy (320), GL:Kyle (300), Green Lantern Construct:Bomber (100), GLC: Decoy x2 (100), GLC:Shield x3 (60) (880)
Unit Summary:
Damage w/normal: 3 wounds to Bomber, 3 Shields destroyed, 1 Decoy destroyed, ; w/MMA: none.
Godslayer: rolled for 0 times; 0 extra wounds.

Kraven selects Guy as his Prey.

Guy was the front line attack for the Lanterns, charging out and using the Bomber to hit Ms. Marvel for 3 wounds early. He dealt another one to Carol before the end of the round, but was KO'ed at the start of the second. Kyle used the Constructs to great effect here, hitting Sustained Willpower 3 times and using a Decoy to take down Ms. Marvel, as well as hit Gamora for a few wounds from Range. Kraven had Bola'd Kyle at the end of the third round, which kept Kyle immobilized for most of the game. Gamora never got a chance to roll for Godslayer, but she took down most of the constructs and burnt a lot of markers, as the Lanterns never wanted to let her get an attack through. In the end, Kraven was was enough to finish things out for the Avengers' Strike Team, but it was close.

R5T6: Kraven with 4/6 wounds.
