I don't know about an "increase" - I had suggested 50, but they felt more like 20, so with the change my new guess is 40.

Hmmm... I could have sworn their cost was 20 points a minute ago. 40 points was exactly what I was thinking too.

S.H.I.E.L.D. Sniper can only attack non-adjacent figures if she did not move this turn.

Wait, I believe that the intention is that she can never attack non-adjacent figures unless she doesn't move, but it could also mean that if she doesn't move on her turn, she cannot attack an adjacent figure, because of the wording, mainly the word "only".

Is it meant to play both ways? If not, which way do you want it to play out?

or

S.H.I.E.L.D. Sniper cannot attack adjacent figures if she moved this turn.

Either of those wordings would work, unless you want them both to apply, which to me is just weird and will ultimately seem unintentional.
