Apologies - I think I just misread it with some tired eyes. It actually looks fine to me now.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I still want it changed,. Right now, it's unclear if all of Cellular Degeneration lasts for the entire game or just that sentence.

I agree with Q here, the first sentence starts with "For the entire game" but then the second sentence starts with "At the end of each round" which kind of implies that the only conditions for the second sentence is "At the end of each round".

CELLULAR DEGENERATION
For the entire game, you must place 1 Wound Marker on any Clone Experiment you control at the end of each round and after taking a turn with that Clone Experiment.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

that wording doesn't work. It lets you choose which Clone Experiment gets a wound at the end of the round which isn't the intention. It has given me some food for thought though.

Hence my choice of "any" in the first instance, yes. You could flip the order:
CELLULAR DEGENERATION
For the entire game, you must place 1 Wound Marker on any Clone Experiment you control after taking a turn with that Clone Experiment, and on all Clone Experiments you control at the end of each round.
I think that squeezes out the ambiguity... a bit longer than my first version but still relatively short.
