Once a unit has four upvotes to induct (which Kha has) following AYP's vote, it's taken through C3V Editing and Art. Editing shouldn't be too contentious for this one since it's all reused powers. After that there's a Final Unified Fanscape vote, after which Kha will get a publicly released card and a Book and all that fun official stuff.
