I do like Outcast for the role but I believe that there was a particular X-men team called Outcasts led by Magneto. Not sure if Blink was ever part of it or not. But from quick reading on the net I think the Outcast team was during the Exiles storyline & she was featured in that storyline. Seems like something she might have been apart of.
As for the personality, what about Brash?
