The Viper custom creation project

I am a very avid fan of the Vipers, and am extremely disappointed that there are only 4 official viper units. So I searched but could find no viper idea threads, so I made one. The purpose of this thread is to:

1. Brainstorm ideas/powers/figures for vipers and work to create custom vipers with those powers.
2. Playtest the Viper units created by this thread and submitted to this thread.
3. Compile Viper customs made by this thread and other custom makers.
4. And most important, be a place where people looking for vipers to play with can find Customs that have been worked on and tested, to play with.

Potential Ideas. Here is a collection of ideas to use.

A spiting viper hero/squad (maybe both?), A size huge viper, A viper queen IE a viper that "rebirths" fallen vipers, A Armoc warlord, A underground viper ( a viper burrows through the ground), A Anaconda, A Water Viper (a viper that can only be placed in water/swamp water spaces, A armored viper. These ideas can be combined to form a good unit, for instance a armored Armoc viper, or a viper Queen that can only be in water.
A Wizard Viper that could split its soul and revive Viper Squads. Some sort of Venoc revive power would give an extra umph to viper swarms.
Armoc Overlord that allowed you to take a turn with a Viper Hero and Viper squad (minus frenzy/bonding) after revealing an OM (instead of taking a turn with said Overlord), giving the Viper Army a bit more of a tactical edge.

Potential powers. Here are powers that can be incorporated and worked on, then used in units.

Enhanced Slither
Gives an attack boost (or maybe movment boost) if they start their turn on water. There would be a nice trade-off in that- being on lower ground for a turn allows you to strike harder later- very Viper-like.

WATER AMBUSH
If _ started its movement on a water space, or spent only 2 movement getting on a water space, then instead of moving normally, you may immediately place it on any water space within _ spaces of him. that space may not be higher than the space he is on, but it may be lower. If it is engaged, then it does not take engagement strikes. Add _ to its attack if he attacks a figure he was not engaged to.
SAND TUNNEL
If a _ Viper ends its normal movement on a sand space, you may immediately place it on any empty sand space within 5 spaces and no more than 2 levels higher than that Vipers current space. If a _ Viper is engaged when it starts to tunnel, it will take any leaving engagement attacks
AMBUSH
If _ attacks a figure that did not have line of sight on it before it moved, then you may add _ to it's attack.
SAND CONCEALMENT
If a _ is on a sand space, then add _ to its defense when defending a attack from a non-adjacent figure.
Viper strike
Power that allowed it to wound itself then attack after giving an adjacent viper an attack boost.

Playtesting: We will use the C3G play test guidelines, as they are very well thought out. These can be found in a thread by Griffin here. I am working on rewriting it to fit in this thread, and to remove some of the stuff not needed, but for the most case, if it don't apply, let it fly. Just mainly go look at the checklist and guidelines part. I am working on a sort of sheet like what they have, but for now, just kind of keep track. You could even use theirs, but then don't email it to them.
