The Mental Shield symbol wording can just be “without Mental Shield” I believe.

Wording. Can just say "Mental Shield" instead of "the Mental Shield symbol". I moved Unstoppable Juggernaut to the last ability, as that way the abilities all happen in turn order.

I'm not sure cards can be activated in 2.0. We could say "the number of units activated", but that is a mechanical difference for someone that activates 2 squads of the same common unit, or activates 5 of the same common hero. IDK if it's even an issue but I'm bringing it up so the more rules knowledgable people can say if it is.

REMOVING OBSTACLES
At the start of your turn, you may choose 1 enemy Unique Hero without Mental Shield and roll a d20. Add 1 to your roll for each Unique Hero without Mental Shield on the battlefield. On an 18+, negate all of that Hero's abilities until the end of your turn.

PROPORTIONAL RESPONSE
Instead of Juggernaut's ordered activation, you may activate up to X Mutant Heroes you control that are either Unique or Juggernaut. X equals the number of different cards activated during the last opponent's turn.

UNSTOPPABLE JUGGERNAUT 4
Juggernaut is unstoppable and may move through all figures. Once per activation, at any point during Juggernaut’s normal move action, he may maneuver up to 4 spaces in a straight line.

Need to space out size, life, and points to be consistent with the OP template. "Dystopia" has a typo in the bio.

I think that would be "number of different units activated..."

a unit is a figure or squad in total. So a squad of Hydra Agents would be 1 unit which I believe gets to the "each card" intention here.

I'd assume "different units" would count all 20 or whatever of your Hydra Agents as one thing since like they're only "separate" units for a brief bit when you pick ones to activate?

Honestly activating two squads worth of them giving Chuck two Mutant turns doesn't really bother me anyways so like... as long there is an answer for however the wording ya'll want works I don't really care what that answer is.

Is the final version supposed to say Cards or Units? I see Units on the cards and Cards in the text part of the OP.
