I'm pretty certain we're looking at Twelve Days of Christmas now. In addition to the "12DoC", we now have twelve different codes, each with "DoC1" through "DoC12"

Lining them up in that order we have:

15:4:DoC5:x32/Is29
21:4:DoC6:x33/Is30

45:4:DoC9:x36/Is33
55:4:DoC10:x37/Is34
66:4:DoC11:x38/Is35
78:4:DoC12:x39/Is36

And with the header:
78:4:12DoC/Is:25+&/Is:23:14:M:S

While the idea of 78 different units (or, with the inclusion of any squads, 78 figures) seems extreme, that first set of numbers goes up in order of the days, adding the "gifts" up: on the first day, we get 1 unit; on the second day, we get 2 units, add the original 1 to get 3; the third day, 3 units, plus 3, equals 6; fourth day, 4 units, plus 6, equals 10; and it continues to go up in that sequence, just like the song.

In the second column, it's all "4"s; possibly as in "for", so we'd have "1 unit:for:Day of Christmas 1", or something like that.

It's possible that the last set of numbers ("Is25") is a reference to the day of release (the first release is on the 25th, than the 26th, 27th, 28th, etc.); it is a bit odd though that it doesn't reset for the new year and instead continues on to 36.

That's all I've got right now. This code is crazy.

The "x28" in the first line might have something to do with Super Secret Exclusives, as there are currently 27 of them. So each release may be a SSE? Providing they are releases that is

1, 3, 6, 10, 15, 21, 28, 36, 45, 55, 66, 78 is the sequence of the sum of a simple arithmetic series of length N.

1 = 1
3 = 1+2
6 = 1+2+3
10 = 1+2+3+4

etc.

Not sure what that has to do with anything, but there you go.

Most likely with the Twelve days of Christmas, as 78 is the highest number and is 1+2+3...11+12.
