All of those options would work for Impulse with no difference. Take a turn might be the cleanest one?

I would just make it the rest of your player turn. I'm not sure of the reason for the excessive penalty as is.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

The theme is that Lobo’s a dick

Player turn doesn’t really do anything. The negative side of this doesn’t really affect YJ armies, but it could in other binding armies like Nightwing, so I like it just for that encouragement too.

I’ll swap to “take a turn” when I’m on a computer.

This guy doesn't work in the X-2 printing app for some reason. I'll click his name and nothing happens. PNGs seem to work fine here though.

I have no idea why that would be. I don’t do anything with the X-2 printer aside from putting the PNGs into the right place.

Does X-2 choke on apostrophes in filenames for some reason? Maybe I'm crazy but I thought we ran into that somewhere before.
