The Edwin "Ugly-Caco" Catacutan Memorial Scapers Scholarship

Like many of you here I was deeply saddened and moved upon hearing of the untimely passing of Edwin Catacutan (aka Ugly-Caco) a long time member of the site.

If you didn't know Edwin..you really missed out on one of the truly talented people to grace this site....and even with all of that incredible talent he was always very modest about it.

I semi-regularly run "Become a Site Supporter" contest on here to give deserving people a chance to wear the tag proudly...and have now decided to take it one step further.

Going forward I will be awarding the Site Supporter fee for those deserving individuals who embody the creativity Edwin showed in his time here on Heroscapers. Now to be completely honest..I dont think anyone can top his stuff...but I am pretty sure there are those that can impress just the same.

With that being said....If you find someone you think is deserving of such an honor please shoot me a PM with a link to their thread/post.

Thanks for reading...good luck...and lets keep Edwin's creative spirit alive and growing.

Great idea! And especially generous considering your contest last week!

I'm assuming you can't nominate yourself, eh? And Sylvano already won one of your contests, but I think we have a ton of other talent out there! I'll go check.

Amazingly it took 18 months to receive a nomination but today I did receive one for johnny139
Congrats on receiving the first "scholarship"!!

It may not come through until next week though

Awesome! I remember this thread from 2 years ago! Congrats, Johnny!

Still miss UC. I loved reading his posts when I first joined. Even after this time it still hurts knowing he's not a part of the community anymore.
