SECRET PLAN
After revealing an Order Marker on this card and before taking a turn with Black Panther, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on the card of any other Unique Hero you control. After Black Panther's turn, you may take a turn with that Unique Hero, during which figures engaged with Black Panther subtract 2 from their Defense numbers. You may not take any additional turns with any other figures.

AGILE ASSAULT
When Black Panther attacks, he may attack one additional time. After each attack, for each shield rolled, you may move him one space up to 6 levels up or down. Black Panther will not take any leaving engagement attacks when moving with Agile Assault.

VIBRANIUM ARMOR
When rolling defense dice against a normal attack, add 1 automatic shield to whatever is rolled and if at least one blank is rolled, the most wounds Black Panther can take from this attack is one.

Units: Star-Lord, Lobo, Black Panther VS Wrecking Crew

Secret Plan: Used every round on Lobo. was only able to get into position to take advantage of the defensive reduction once.

Agile Assult: Used the double attack 3 times. Didn't need to use the movement at all.

Vibranium Armor: This saved him in round 3, Thunderball hit him for 4 wounds, which would have taken him out, it was reduced to 1.

Pretty one sided game. Crew couldn't get the last wound on Panther or Lobo. Small map and the Crews lack of range helped keep Lobo and Panther in Star-Lords bonus all game.

R1 - Movement
R2 - Star-Lord 2 wounds on Thunderball. Bulldozer hits Lobo for 4 wounds. Black Panther,x-marker on Lobo, attack Wrecker for 2 wounds and Lobo hits Wrecker for 3 wounds. Piledriver hits Black Panther for a wound. Lobo kills Wrecker. Thunderball hits Black Panther for 1 wound.
R3 - Lobo hits Bulldozer for 2 wounds. Piledriver does a wound to Lobo. Thunderball hits Black Panther doing 1 wound, he would have died if not a blank being rolled. Black Panther has Lobo reveal x-marker, Panther does 3 wounds to Bulldozer killing him.
R4 - Black Panther reveals the x-marker on Lobo. Panther hits Thunderball for 2 wounds and follows it up for a second attack for 2 more wounds removing him from the game and removing order marker 1. Lobo hits Piledriver for 5 wounds and has healed back for full health. Piledriver attacks and is blocked by Lobo. Lobo kills Piledriver

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Blank Panther 3 wounds/1 life left, Star-Lord full 5 life left, Lobo full 6 life left(healed back from 5 wounds)

Secret Plan: Used on Winter Soldier while he was alive. Hard decision to use Winter Soldiers X-marker power or Black Panthers

Agile Assult: Double attacked whenever possible. Only moved once to gain height.

Vibranium Armor: Helped to keep him alive longer.

R1 - Moon Knight leaves the board. All figures move forward. Black Panther reveals the X-Marker on Winter Soldier.
R2 - Beast pick Cage who removes the x-marker. Cap and Winter move, Winter hits Songbird from range for 1 wound. Songbird and Daredevil get 3 attacks on Winter who blocks them all. Cap hits Daredevil for 3 wounds, and Winter does as well, Daredevil ignores Winters damage. Cage and Ronin move forward, Ronin blanks on his ranged attack. Black Panther reveals the X-marker on Winter, Panther hits Cage for 2 wounds. Winter attacks Daredevil and finishes him off.
R3 - Cap controls Satellite Dish. Beast picks Songbird who doesn't remove an order marker. Caps team moves with Satellite Dish. Cap hits Cage for 1 wound. Ronin and Cage attack Black Panther who blocks both. Black Panther reveals an x-marker on Winter. Panther does 2 wounds on Cage on 2 attacks, removing him from the game. Winter hits Ronin for 1 wound. Cage had turn 2 marker on him. Beast attacks Songbird, doing a wound. Songbird does 2 wounds to Beast.
R4 - Beast picks Moon Knight, he doesn't remove a marker. Cap controls the Satellite Dish. Ronin hits Winter for 3 wounds over 2 attacks. Cap throws his shield hitting Ronin for 2 wounds and hitting a tree. The tree fell on Songbird, Black Panther and a parked car. Winter takes out Ronin. Moon Knight returns and finishes off Winter Soldier. Black Panther attacks Songbird twice doing 1 wound. Moon Knight hits Cap and Black Panther for a wound each with Darts. Beast tries to heal Black Panther but fails. Beast attacks Songbird, and takes her out.
R5 - Moon Knight misses Cap but hits Black Panther taking him out, with his Darts. Cap attacks Moon Knight and has it blocked. Moon Knights hot hand with his Darts continues hitting both Cap and Beast for a wound. Marker 2 was on Black Panther, so Moon Knight goes again. Once again he hit Cap and Beast with Darts each taking a wound. Beast attacks Moon Knight and rolls 6 skulls, Moon Knight takes 3 wounds.
R6 - Big initiative roll, Caps team gets no bonus on d20 roll. Cap attacks Moon Knight doing a wound. All 3 heroes left have 1 health left. Moon Knight throws darts at Cap and Beast, his luck ends missing both targets. Cap ends it putting the last wound on Moon Knight.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: 220 seems pretty good. In hindsight I should have played a game without a stat booster. Fits in lots of builds as a generalist but King synergies are currently not much.

GENERAL THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT: Cool figure thats fun to play. I liked using him in both games. His Armor helps keep him around as his 4 life can end his day quickly. Nothing else to add. Solid design.

Complete stray thought seeing Bucky in the armies there - should we rebrand our two Winter Soldier cards from:

to

Winter Soldier (Assassin)
Winter Soldier

Might feel weird for the second one designed to be the 'default', but I think that is what people expect from the character - his period where he's actually an assassin is a minority of his history both in comics/movies. I think that also aligns more closely with the aesthetic of using the parens to denote faction, which we've been pushing toward.

I dont have a terribly strong preference, but I do agree that the vI feels a bit like a fabulous firsts weird early installment version
