1. Hawkwoman, not Hawkman
2. No, it's a choice between embracing the Hawkwoman synergy or not. If it's once per game, there's no need. If it's once per round, there's no need. If it's just the "X" it works.
3. If we embrace the Hawkwoman synergy, I'd probably make Needed Elsewhere trigger after Round 2.

That said, while I like the synergy, I'm leaning towards just making it once per game and lowering the cost a bit. I want it to feel useable with Batman Family stuff, since the theme of it is mostly Superman flying over Gotham. If Hawkwoman felt essential to get value out of it, I think that'd be a miss.

That said, doing "remove the X" means Hawkwoman still has some synergy if you have other uses for the "X". Which I think is only if you use Outsiders Batman with Hawkwoman at the moment, but that doesn't mean there's not an opening for future Batman versions to use it.

If you wanted a possible Hawkwoman option for it, I'd go:

If a figure you control with the identity of Bruce Wayne or a friendly figure within 3 spaces of that Bruce Wayne is attacked by an enemy figure and at least 1 skull is rolled, you may reveal and remove an “X” Order Marker on that Bruce Wayne’s Army Card. If you do, ignore that attack and roll two unblockable attack dice against the attacking figure.

NEEDED ELSEWHERE
At the end of the round, if there is not an unrevealed Order Marker on a figure you control with the identity of Bruce Wayne, remove this card from the game.

That makes it clear in most instances it's one and done. But Hawkwoman could try to gain it back in builds she's in as a bonus, rather than it feeling like it's the premiere way to use the card.

I feel like getting multiple uses of that power per round is going to drive the cost up making her feel like the premiere option for the card.

If you use it twice per round as you suggest, it is then removed at the end of that round. If you use it once and she recovers the OM before the end of that round, without using it a 2nd time in said round, it stays for the next round.

Doesn't seem that crazy to me or like another 260 on top of whatever else you might be doing, is gonna make her the premiere use of it. It just makes Batman + Hawkwoman JL builds an option that currently really isn't a pair you see atm.

Just an option. Options are fun. Doesn't really matter much to me either way.

OK, how about this as a middle ground?

It doesn't let you get double use out of it, but if you bring the Hawkwoman pairing it does let you also use the "X" for something else. So you could do like Batman + Judge Anderson + Hawkwoman, for instance, or Batman + Oracle + Hawkwoman and still use the "X" for Secret Attack Plan, potentially. It gives you soft synergy with Hawkwoman, but it shouldn't majorly drive the price at all.

Unit Summary: Hot Batarang Flurry rolls made all the difference here, though I like how Superman Flyover played a lot more this time. Being able to protect Batman’s allies as well gives it a lot more utility and relevance in the game. The First Aid Kit felt useful here, but low impact.

Both skulls hitting on it was killer for his chances here and he fell soon after, while Superman protected Batman. First Aid Kit didn’t come into play here.

Unit Summary: Superman Flyover played a decently solid roll here, as did the threat of Flash pushing people into lava or onto lava field. Ultimately Superman Flyover probably saved Black Canary from an early exit, helping her take full advantage of Into the Fray and put one wound on Black Adam, who then fell to lava field. The Justice League team was a bit more cohesive here and had stronger dice rolls.

UNIT SUMMARY: The Superman Flyover card is feeling good as is, with a bit more user control over it. There are still ways around it, but it affects how the enemy approaches Batman’s teams well enough to give them just a little extra staying power. Between that and the auto-wounds, it can be a nice use of 100 points.
