Aun'va, Shade King of Bleakewood


Biography:
It is said that a mighty tyrant of an unknown race once ruled Valhalla. He controlled the area of of Bleakwoode. His tyranny led to his demise and He & his mighty warriors were bound to the earth in his forest sanctuary of Bleakwoode. Ever Since a great evil magic dwells in the Forests of Bleakwoode. A magic that make the tree to grow to enormous heights and black out the sun. This eternal darkness formed by hate and magic has laid dormant in Valhalla until now. His mighty warriors now Shades, have devoured enough souls to free themselves of their bind to the earth but the curse on their king remains in place. The Tyrant bound to his throne cannot move his soul from area it was bound. The Shades have not forgotten their king, They aide his release by bringing him POW's from Utgar's war and ignorant travelers. Those brought before the blackness are immediately vaporized leaving only a soul which is corrupted by the Shade King. Finally enough flesh have been brought to the Shade king to free him from his throne. His cry, his intense shriek, is heard only by the good and true. Those who hear and survive it, claim it to be torture beyond belief. The world around them falls away and they become tied down and are stabbed by spears, swords, arrows and axes for 24 hours. After this ordeal they return to conscious only to realizes have seconds passed and they feel the pain from the illusion.Their unlucky comrade's, whose will was not as strong and died during the 24 hour torture, heads exploded and over their corpses, their once pure soul are now corrupted, a Shade of Bleakewoode floats .

Biography

Forever doomed to live in the shadow of his notorious older brother Cyprien, Vladimir Esenwein's hatred is fueled by his unrequited love for Sonya, whose devotion is for Cyprien alone. To that end, Vladimir has devoted his life to arcane studies of the heart, seeking to find a way to gain Sonya for himself. His dark studies have borne evil, if imperfect fruit. He can sometimes gain control of, or "impale" the heart of another, but his magic kills the intended as often as controls that person. And if Vladimir should die, so will the impaled heart.

Unwilling to risk killing Sonya with his flawed craft, Vladimir seeks to perfect his magic, using it on enemies with an abandon that speaks of utter disregard for life. His frustration at being so close to gaining the one he loves, yet so far, drives him to great feats on the battlefield. His brimstone stallion is a vicious warhorse, enhanced by more of Vladimir's evil experimentation. The beast's fiery attack provides a deadly complement to the skills of its master.

Vladimir prowls the battlefield, seeking victims of the unquenchable rage that burns within his heart. Stand before him at your peril.

After his vipers were summoned by Ullar, the Armoc Warlord began to find out all he could about Valhalla. He learned of the power of the armies his vipers would face and trained himself so that one day he might join them.When that day came and Ullar saw the Armoc Warlord's performance in battle, he was immensely pleased. He knew pure power and feocity would not be enough to win the most critical battles. The Armoc Warlord's role as a leader of Vipers and ability to take out opposing heroes on Valhalla would be incredibly beneficial.
