Tree Town Open X (Ten)

Looks like we will have our lowest turnout (with the exception of first Tree Town Tourney-only 8 for that first one).

If we have 16 or less the plan is to do two groups of round robin then the 1st place players will play each out for 1st place. Both second place players will play each other for 3rd..... and so on.

You should be able to count on getting at least 5 games in on Saturday and maybe 6.

I will throw this out again ... as I would really like to do a Summoner War tournament the night before if there is enough interest. With enough interest in other games it would be nice to turn the Tree Town Open into a weekend of gaming... any ideas are welcome.

I am a definite and planning on bringing multiple prizes. If we can't have quantity, let's go for quality.

Gas is under $3 a gallon! .... and hopefully it keeps going down the next couple weeks.

Looks like we also will have some new terrian type (dusty). Just went downstairs today and see some took a shop broom to the floor and created a lot of dust.... which ended up resting on our maps... Hopefully some canned air can blow most of it off. They are a mess... may have to disassemble them and wash the tiles after the TTO...

Man, I just remembered that this weekend is NHSD. I'm not promising anything, but I might call Joe and see if I can swing this. Even if I can't talk him into it, he lives about halfway between here and Forest City.
