Would need to say take a turn where they can only move. Since I think those are all instead of moving normally powers.

I think we can just specify moving normally. Giving them an extra turn with only movement might run into issues with the "no additional turns" language we have.

I'm not really a fan of using "move that figure normally" to mean "this is a move that can be switched out with all the 'special moves' and such". Just feels like the lingo is actively confusing at that point if we're specifically calling out normal moves exclusively to get access to 'special' ones. But eh, whatever.

Could we just do what we did with other Batman for that:

"Instead of moving normally with a friendly Unique Hero, Batman may move or use his Bat-Grapple."

Something like:

"After revealing an Order Marker on the card of a Vigilante you control and before taking a turn with that Vigilante, you may choose another Sidekick or Vigilante you control. The chosen Sidekick or Vigilante may move or, if they have the Bat-Grapple special power, they may use it instead. The chosen figure may not move again this player turn."

I like that updated wording. It should work with the Bat-Grapple Utility Glyph too since both are named the same thing. I updated the SP with that wording.

So, I dunno if you’ve started the initial yet, but looking at this design again, I do feel like it has a lot of clauses, in a way that feels a little complicated. I thought about it, and I do feel like there’s other ways to capture similar effects in more streamlined ways.

BAT-FAMILY MOVEMENT
Immediately after revealing an Order Marker on the card of a Vigilante you control and before taking a turn with that Vigilante, you may take a turn with another Sidekick or Vigilante you control, during which they cannot attack. The chosen figure may not move again this player turn.

BAT-CAVE TRAINING 15
Once per player turn, after attacking with a figure you control, if you control another unengaged Sidekick or Vigilante within 5 clear sight spaces of the defending figure, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 15 or higher, the defending figure receives a wound.

Not sure the last one works as written, but I do like the idea of opening it up a little bit to allow for crossovers with Lawmen/Superman Family/Titans, etc. I also like the idea of opening up the first power to allow for use of the Bat-Grapple Utility Glyph.

These are also just total spitball suggestions as well, and I haven’t gone over every Vigilante/Sidekick to make sure they don’t cause problem.
