Character Bio - Manchester Black, a powerful psychic, created a team of Metahumans, The Elite, to fight crime. The Elite come to Metropolis and gain popularity for putting down criminals, but Superman, though initially impressed, looks down on their violent and lethal ways. Manchester Black strikes up a rivalry with the Man of Steel, wanting to show him that non-lethal crime fighting is a thing of the past. Demonstrating powerful psychic and telekinetic abilities, he dispatched his opponents in ruthless ways, and even held his own against Superman during a final confrontation with him. Superman pretends to kill Black's teammates, and "lobotomizes" Black with his own heat vision, rendering him momentarily powerless. Black realizes that Superman is a monster when he uses lethal tactics, and when Superman reveals it was a trick, it only enrages Black, planting a vendetta in him.

Instead of attacking, you may choose either one figure with the Super Strength special power or up to two figures without the Super Strength special power. Chosen figures must be within 4 clear sight spaces of Manchester Black.

• If you chose only one figure, roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, the chosen figure receives one wound, and you may roll again for Telekinetic Crush against this figure.
• If you chose two figures, choose one of the figures and roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 13 or higher, this chosen figure receives one wound, and you may choose either of the figures and roll again for Telekinetic Crush.

PSYCHIC LOBOTOMY
Once per game, after inflicting one or more wounds on an opponent’s figure with Manchester Black's normal attack, you may add one additional Wound Marker to and remove all Order Markers from that figure’s Army Card. Figures with the Mental Shield special power are not affected by Psychic Lobotomy.

Not much for comic art, unfortunately. Most things I can find are from the movie, which won't work.









This next one looks like the best pic, but it doesn't have the Union Jack on his chest.

I don't know anything about this guy, but it looks pretty cool.

For Telekinetic Crush, there needs to be a range, I'm not digging him choosing anyone on the battlefield. Also, the d20 might need to be raised if it's an ongoing roll type of thing as giving Flash, Batman, GL's etc. 4 auto wounds wouldn't be too cool, not to mention Flash and Bats don't have SS, so you'd be able to do that to both of them. In fact, if it is going to affect more than one figure w/o SS, they should be either adjacent to each other or within X amount of spaces of each other. Also, the way it is worded now, it seems like you roll the d20 for both figures together, so they either both get the wound or don't, and they both can suffer more wounds if you keep rolling 12+ for the d20. Probably should roll separately.

For Psychic Lobotomy, it probably shouldn't work vs. figures with Mental Shield power.

Definitely needs a range, that was a stupid mistake on my part. And the power says "choose a figure to receive wounds," so that only one of them does. You can go back and forth between them, but only one of them at a time. Die roll can be easily changed, I don't mind altering numbers.

I'd also like to see Psychic Lobotomy only work with his normal attack to entice you to use his normal attack once in a while (and also because it leaves less room for rules lawyering on whether or not he's inflicted a wound).

Oh, and the title of Telekinetic Crush should probably have whatever D20 number we decide on listed after it.

Psychic lobotomy should not work against Mental Shield. (I'll try not to chime in again before the ERB phase but this one seemed like an obvious oversight )
