I thought I would whip up a cheap generalist leader figure to help with the figures that lack Order Marker managers. At first, I was fine with just the OM management power but then I figured why not spice it up a bit. Not too sure about the comic presence of these guys. I definitely need some wording help with the second power.

Interesting. Are they meant to be physically present or no?

Could not find a lot on these guys except that they were created as an oversight of SHIELD.
Maybe let them take a turn with Humans that are Squads or a Common Hero or any Agent Unique Hero? |

Maybe World Security Council isn't the right theme then. I'm aiming for a generalist leader, and limiting it to SHIELD would fail that. I'll think on it.

My greatest regret is that I have only one Zemo to play! Zemo gets a ton of table time at our Nerdnights, Ms. Marvel too. It's just that my gaming buddies are very competitive and to field a competitive army you really need OM management. The same characters get taken and all the figures that fall into those synergies. I just wanted to come up with something to help include the synergy-weaker designs that still look epic.

I'd look at General or Commander types if I was trying to make an OM manager for squads. Generally speaking a General is someone who has risen to that position because they are natural born leaders who carry an air of authority about them and easily command respect. Having a General rally a group of non-traditional allies together in a time of need and take command, issuing orders that are then followed, wouldn't be unusual at all. Most of our Generals are geared towards leading one specific group of thematic allies, but not every General has to be that way.
If you just want another Zemo like OM hub for different Unique Heroes, I know we've talked about the Shi-ar Imperial Guard team being a group of heroes consisting of one of many different species. You could revisit that discussion and see about creating a leader who could command multiple Unique Heroes with a different species (and class?) similar to what Star Lord does for army building. The Empress might be the one to look at for that if you want the OM hub to be on the cheaper side points-wise. |
