He's good. At 430 points, he's less someone you're building around and more a one-man army that you build around. His stats are super solid so you can add pretty much anything to him (turn efficiency, stat boosters, D20 boosters, healing, Order Marker manipulators) and he'll be appreciative.
Solid A figure in my view. Only thing that keeps him from A+ is his auto wounding is limited and hard to get and he comes with a big price tag, so he's not a steal or anything.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
