Decent back and forth but once Winter Soldier fell, losing the re-rolls and turn bonding made it an uphill battle for Sci-Fi's team.

Pretty even match overall, but Cyclops having a big ODSA on Sci-Fi took him out of the match quick.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY:
He has decent potential with his SA, especially when paired with Soldiers to get the re-roll, and when targeting those who did not move the prior turn to get the defense reduction. His own restriction of not moving and his vulnerability help keep it in check. 100 seems reasonable.

Special Attack Damage: 3 wounds on one of the turtles (my notes lack here but they are all the same to me anyways)

Honestly didn't think about how small this map was till the game started, but it has enough LOS blockers that the turtles weren't too threatened by the range of Sci-Fi's gun. They did still take him out early cause he was trying to climb onto the roof in the middle and would have been able to take pot shots every turn. Solid Snake was really a pain for the Turtles to take down though. He took down the one that Sci-Fi wounded and another one at full health before the last two were able to take him out. Breaker died quickly but Snow Job and Duke were able to kill the last two tutles. Only taking 2 wounds each.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Duke and Snow Job with 2 wounds each.

Normal Attack Damage: None

Special Attack Damage: Got 3 wounds on Thing when he didn't get activated for a turn and was just outside of IW's protection.

The Fan 4 had a rough first round of d20 rolls which resulted in the previously mentioned good shot from Sci-Fi on Thing. But Human Torch was able to one shot Sci-Fi on the next turn and from there the Fan 4 didn't seem to have much more bad luck. Torch fell after putting 6 wounds on Captain Americas with Flame On (2 on Steve and 4 on Isaiah). Thing Clobbered Steve the next turn.

Who won? List figures remaining in the winning army (include life remaining for heroes): Mister Fantastic 3 wounds and Thing with 4 wounds.

THOUGHTS ON THE TESTED UNIT'S COST, BALANCE, & DRAFTABILITY: Nice little 100 point special attacker for the soldiers/GIJoe faction. Probably would be fine at 90 points too but either way he's not a bad deal and does his one job well.
