Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Psylocke
Phoenix doing it better for cheaper is what downgrades her for me.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Psylocke being LD 223 and Phoenix being LD 351.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Sabretooth
Only played him once or twice, but I've never been particularly impressed. Feral Instinct is a squad killer, which isn't great in C3G's meta. Devastating Pounce seems fine? I think if Feral Instincts would let him attack with additional special attacks could be interesting, having Sabretooth hop from target to target.
As is though, I'm probably never picking him over Wolverine. |

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Sabretooth
I'd like him a lot more if he was Savage and could tie into that Faction(s)

Agree with this. And his attack should be 6. |

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Sabretooth
Honestly it's a bit of a knock on the design and I could see being dissatisfied on that front, but one more attack and defense and Life than Wolverine, with the same Healing Factor X for only 10 points more is theoretically some sick survivability and at least OK offense. Obviously Wolvie's a lot more fun when his claws get slashing and can do a lot more on offense, but if you just need someone who's going to be a pain and a half to kill, Sabretooth has a lot going for him.
Just being a Mutant, he fits in plenty of armies, even if they're not the most thematically fun ones. 4/A- C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Sabretooth
I like to use him with Sinister. You can make his Attack lower and just use his SA.
You can lower his Move as well and he is still fairly mobile with the pounce. Get him a higher Defense and he is almost impossible to destroy. |

Re: C3G Strategy Discussion - Sabretooth
Savage personality would be great on him. Interesting idea with Sinister too!
I haven’t given him a super fair shake since I normally gravitate to Wolverine, but I’ll consider him next time I need a beefy frontline mutant. |

Done a few one-on-ones with him against Wolverine. Wolverine wins every time.
